Day 1: (Day received) Do nothing.
Day 2: Mush Bag.
Day 3: Mush Bag.
Day 4: Mush Bag.
Day 5: Mush Bag.
Day 6: Add 1 cup each: flour, sugar, milk.
Day 7: Mush Bag; let out air.
Day 8: Mush Bag; let out air.
Day 9: Mush Bag; let out air.
Day 10: Add 1 cup each: flour, sugar, milk.
Day 11: Get 4 new one-gallon zip lock bags. From your bag, take 1 cup and put into each new bag for starters.
Take the original bag, after removing starters, add 1 cup oil, 3 eggs, 1/2 cup milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and mix well.
In a separate bowl, mix 2 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1 cup pecans, and 1 large (or 2 small) boxes of instant vanilla pudding.
Pour the contents of your original bag into the dry ingredients and mix well.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Pour mixture into 2 well-greased loaf pans.
Sprinkle top of dough with cinnamon and sugar.
Bake 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
